The ID manager campaign management module includes the following components:
- Campaign definitions (projects, assignments, workgroups, etc.)
- Marketing products definition (e-mail, letter, brochure, tv/radio commercial)
- Setting schedules and campaign run times
- Executing key campaign execution initiatives
- Insight into the progress of the campaign roll out
- Insight into the campaign cost structure
A tailor-made campaign workflow manages the campaign process by providing status reports and sending alerts to internal as well as external suppliers, such as designers, printers, marketing services providers and fulfillment houses. The run times and costs of all these different companies’ activities may be logged in the system, so accurate time and budget reports may be generated automatically.
