Capital ID appoints Metia as UK solution partner

Capital ID, specialist provider of marketing operations management software, today announced the appointment of Metia as its first UK solution partner.

Under the terms of the agreement, Metia will now become the preferred solution partner for Capital ID in the UK. Metia will sell the ID Manager product direct to UK marketing organizations and provide systems integration and support to Capital ID in global deployments.

Capital ID was recently positioned by Gartner, Inc. in its Marketing Resource Management (MRM) Magic Quadrant.

Regarding the MRM marketplace the report said: “Although still immature compared with other, more-established CRM markets — for example, contact centres, sales force automation (SFA) and campaign management — MRM is gaining substantial interest among midsize and large companies. During 2007, most vendors continued to grow MRM revenue, win new customers and cross-sell into their installed bases. Vendors increased their investments for product development, marketing and sales distribution.”
