Capital ID present at Henry Stewart Los Angeles

Following New York, London and Amsterdam, Capital ID also chose to sponsor the Henry Stewart symposium in Los Angeles. The event took place on November 12 and 13 and provided strong evidence that much has changed in the marketing operations arena over the past 18 months.
Henry Stewart combines the practical advice of a case study driven conference with the partner selection and networking opportunities of a specialist exhibition. The world renowned shows have provided powerful insight and guidance to over 7000 Digital Asset Management, Broadcast & Publishing Automation, and Marketing Efficiency & Effectiveness programme leaders at five global annual events. The first show launched in London in 2001, and now the events also occur in Amsterdam, New York and Los Angeles.
No window shopping
As well as presenting and participating in a number of panel sessions, Capital ID also chose to exhibit at the Los Angeles event. “Our booth was very well visited” states Dennis Steen, CMO “Compared to events from previous years, visitors are now seriously interested in Marketing Operations Management (MOM) software and not just visiting us out of curiosity or to get general information.” Luke McKeever, CEO adds: “The majority of conference attendees we met were actively involved in sourcing technology or engaged in MOM projects, not just ‘window shopping’. The number of IT professionals present also indicates that MOM is an issue that the whole organization is keen to address.”
High quality
Dennis and Luke both were impressed by the high quality of the presenters in Los Angeles. Luke: “All presenters confirmed that organizations that have been successful with implementing MOM technology were focussed on resolving specific marketing pains, not all encompassing, enterprise wide implementations. ID manager’s modular roll-out approach fits perfectly in this picture. Even the vendors on the various panels confirmed that this is the way successful organizations have implemented MOM technology.”
